How to Apply to Be a Wholesale Partner:

- Complete and submit the Wholesale Partner Application.
- Send us a copy of your business registration documents (more details). These can be scanned and emailed to shipping@lifespa.com or faxed to “C/O Wholesale Partner” at 303-530-4409. (If you are still unsure what documents to submit after reading the FAQs and More Details page, leave us a note in the Other Comments section at the bottom of the application form, and we will guide you through the process.)
- Wait for an email from LifeSpa requesting additional documents or confirming your acceptance into the program. As your application is manually reviewed by a LifeSpa team member, please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
- If your application is approved, we will provide you with the information necessary to place your first order.
