Herbs and Supplements:
Sleep Easy: Sleep Easy is a combination of Ayurvedic herbs that soothe, calm, and support the nervous system. Although Sleep Easy is for calming, it is not considered a sedative. From an Ayurvedic standpoint, when balancing sleep, it is important that we support natural rejuvenation of the nervous system so that it can sedate itself in the evening, allowing for a deep and restful sleep. If you are exhausted or over-stimulated and have trouble sleeping, consider Sleep Easy.
Ashwagandha: sometimes spelled ashwaganda and also known as Winter Cherry, is becoming a favorite adaptogen with many Western herbalists because of its unique properties. Translated, it means “the sweat or strength of ten horses,” alluding to its deeply nourishing and stabilizing properties. Unlike ephedra or ginseng, ashwagandha is not a stimulant. In the long run, a stimulant will leave the body depleted. By contrast, ashwagandha helps the body adapt to stress without unwanted stimulation, and in fact also supports natural sleep cycles by helping the body to maintain adequate energy levels to calm itself down and sleep restfully. In the daytime, it helps support the immune system and musculoskeletal systems, both of which may be negatively impacted by stress.
Ojas Nightly Tonic: This sumptuous blend of ojas-building foods and herbs (ashwagandha and shatavari) makes it easy to replenish your reserves. Add a heaping teaspoon to a cup of milk or milk substitute, add a bit of ghee or coconut oil and bring to a simmer for your ojas-building nightcap.
Brahmi: Named after one of the highest states of consciousness (Brahman or God consciousness), brahmi (Centella asiatica or Gotu Kola) is one of the most powerful brain tonics in the Ayurvedic apothecary. The leaf of the brahmi plant resembles the cerebellum and is traditionally used to promote memory and intelligence and to relax the central nervous system. brahmi supports restful sleep, calms emotional turbulence, and simultaneously improves concentration and alertness.
Transformational Meditation Technique eCourse: The Transformational Awareness Technique (TAT) is a complete meditation method brought to you by Dr. John Douillard, DC and compiled from over thirty years of meditation experience, both in personal practice and teaching. By tonifying the nervous system, it encourages stabilized mood, energy, digestion, elimination and the balancing of other stress-related concerns.*

Our Tri-Doshic Massage Oil is 100% organic and packs the benefit of 11 traditional Ayurvedic herbs cooked in. Tri-doshic massage oil may be used for Abhyanga – the revered Ayurvedic practice of daily self-massage – as well as a daily moisturizer and can be used for most purposes to replace any other massage oil.
