Finding Joy in Balance

In her new book, Divya provides cooking tips, digestive tips, meal portion guidance, and the properties and qualities of each ingredient along with when to use them. Her hope is to bring balance to how we feel and help guide readers on how to use foods medicinally. The book is designed for a home cook who is curious about the digestibility of different foods, the effects they have on the body, and how/when various foods are best used in Ayurveda. Ancient Ayurvedic wisdom categorizes foods and suggests cooking by ingredient and by season.
