Durga is a Clinical Ayurvedic and Pancha Karma Specialist. She is a member of NAMA and serves as the Director of the Ayurveda Programs at the Yoga Farm in California.

Yoga Recovery and Addiction

Have you faced addiction in your life? At some point or another, we are all exposed to its challenges, individually, or through someone we know.

Addiction can be present in our lives in so many different ways, whether it is a substance or a habit. Sometimes these habits can be challenging to break. If you have tried everything from AA to counseling and support groups, you may want to look at yoga and the healing process it can provide.
