I believed I registered for the Blue Zones, but I seem to regularly have
problems accessing the event, maybe because I live in Australia.
Hi Linda,

Hello:
The registration link page opens but it a gray screen.
Can somebody please ad my email to the list?
HI Pam,
Yes! We manually registered you. The gray screen that you were seeing contains a button in the top left that you must click to say “i’m not a robot.” Perhaps it wasn’t able to be seen on the device you were using. Sorry for the trouble!

Please Help!!
When I eat dairy specifically in chocolate/combined with sugar, I have a little ting on my left chest and in the pelvic region.
I also get very dry scalp and very itchy in the lower region. At the back on my mind I wonder if this indicates drastic yeast growth or cysts or both.
I would for someone to let me know what these are likely to be as I have read around but noone seem to have the same symptoms, on the other hand, its hard breaking habits, so i am in a state where I want someone to point out the obvious so i can see it back and white…. to fully sink in… .
Please help!!!
Hi Klesta,
It could be a good first step to test your tolerance to dairy: https://lifespa.com/dairy-test-your-tolerance/
As far as any specific reactions or chronic issues, it could be very beneficial for you to schedule a consult with one of our Ayurvedic practitioners, John or Tauna. They can really delve into specific issues, connections to lifestyle, and potential root causes while offering an Ayurvedic perspective on health with you: https://lifespa.com/about-lifespa/ayurvedic-clinic/
If your symptoms are persistent and recurring, it could also be wise to see your primary care physician.
Be Well.
