This is a great resource, Dr. Douillard! Thank you. I am surprised to hear that chickpeas/garbanzo beans, that all legumes are acidic (except for lima beans and green peas)! That’s a drag. And can I just assume that green tea is alkaline, seeing as black tea is specified as acidic?
