To determine whether there’s room for you to reduce the amount of stress related to diet and exercise, answer the following questions by checking either Yes, No, or Sometimes.
Results and Scoring:
Score 2 points for each Yes, 1 point for Sometimes, and 0 points for No. If you scored between 0 and 5, your life is in remarkable balance. If your score is between 5 and 15, you are experiencing moderate levels of stress. If you scored between 15 and 20, you may be experiencing stress-related symptoms. If your score is over 20, chances are that stress is a dominant force of your daily existence.
