Dr. John Douillard brought LifeSpa to life in 1994. LifeSpa started as a small Ayurvedic clinic and Panchakarma retreat center. While no longer running Panchakarma retreats, LifeSpa has grown today to host a booming Ayurvedic consultation practice, online database containing over 1000 articles and videos proving ancient medicine using modern science, as well as an online store providing a multitude of Ayurvedic remedies, herbs, and supplements. LifeSpa is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in sunny Boulder, Colorado.
