Sharon Moore is the author of Sleep-Wrecked Kids and the founder of Well Spoken—a speech pathology and orofacial myofunctional clinic in Canberra, Australia. She is also on the transdisciplinary team for the Canberra Sleep Clinic, helping patients to breathe and sleep better by conditioning upper airway muscles.
Sleep disorders are a major public health issue that can kick start a lifetime pattern of health, behavior, and learning problems. From ages 4 to 10, at least 25% of kids have sleep problems. Sleep-Wrecked Kids guides parents toward good sleep as the norm, allowing themselves and their children to grow and thrive.
