Dr. John, I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed that podcast. You and Patrick are my two favorite authors and having the both of you together was just awesome. Your book Body, Mind and Sport, and Patick’s book Oxygen Advantage, are perpetually on my coffee table next to where I read. They are my absolute favorite books (of course included with Bible). They are all tattered, brimming with sticky tabs, folded page corners and marginal notes. I don’t just read them; I study them. Anytime I need inspiration to make positive changes in my physiology, I read the real life examples in both books.
I really appreciate your website resources and the honest and accurate delivery of ancient wisdom, proved by science, and the abundance mentality you have to share so much valuable information, at no cost. Obviously, you never stop producing value content and must be crazy busy. But, I can’t help wonder if you considered writing an updated Body, Mind, and Sport. It’s such a classic and in itself is so complete, but no doubt, in your never ending quest for excellence you continue to find nuggets that would fit perfectly into the protocols. Anyway, thank you for doing what you do.
Peace,
Gerald

Hi Gerald,
Thanks for the kind words.
BMS has already been revised once. Maybe it could be revised again but I think a whole new take on breathing is in the future works.
Be Well,
