My question resonates with sareesha patchas. I’m vata, love my fats but need to balance carbs. I have difficulty meeting all nutritional needs and I’m probably confused, tossing up between eating one to two meals per day requiring loads of raw foods and choosing cooked for convenience because my husband can’t process raw after his ileostomy. We follow, choose Ayurvedic and are lacto vegetarian. Is keto for me?

Does a ketogenic diet help one who has aggravated Vata. Now a days it is being proposed to eat all fats both saturated and in saturated to balance what would you say about it, how can we do that from an Ayurvedic perspective.
Who shouldn’t do a ketogenic diet and is there a specific season in the year that this diet is better to be done than other seasons.

Also, on the ketogenic diet, is raw goat milk still OK, i.e., in a different category from dairy in general?
