I thorougly enjoyed this podcast. Just what the doctor ordered. So much of what you said, I can relate to. I love your examples of shooting the darts. It’s going on quite often in my life with my daughter. You’ve given me a new way to look a it. I need to become more aware when the darts go back and forth. Looking forward to many more podcasts. What music do you recommend that is calming to the mind. I am not fond of synthesizers.

Alfa waves during the day; Delta or Theta waves during the night. It heled me recover from a deep burn-out with many complications. After I used Delta waves for the first time… the next I woke up with more energy then when I went to be for the first time in more than a year. It calms => you have more energy to do something constructive.
