Panchakarma Pricing

We have created this table below to help you understand the different packages available for your Panchakarma (PK).

Though we recommend at least a 7 day retreat, you can come for any number of days.

We do not have a “one size fits all” package and are happy to custom tailor these packages to fit your budget, schedule and goals.

Consults with John Douillard, DC

• New Patient Consultation:  If you are a New Patient you will also need to schedule an initial consultation with Dr. John at least 6-8 weeks  before your Panchakarma start date. Your consultation includes a complete, customized prescription plan for Ayurvedic herbs, lifestyle, stress relief, food guidelines and more. ($190 for 50 minutes)

• Pre-PK Consult:  This consult is 2-4 weeks before your start date.  In addition to following-up with you about your current health goals, Dr. John will prescribe a 7 day home prep cleanse that you will do at home the week before your Panchakarma.   ($90 for 25 minutes)
• Consults During Pancaharkma:  Patients find that they receive the most value from their Panchakarma when they schedule more time with Dr. John to unravel old patterns, beliefs, emotions and stress.  Dr. Douillard has extensive experience – and a natural gift – with Ayurvedic Psychology.  During your consult he will also support your ‘inner safari’ with meditation, breathing practices, specific yoga postures, self-inquiry and journalling. ($90 for 25 minutes, $180 for 50 minutes)
• Each package of 3 days or more includes an Orientation and Closing meeting with Tauna, the Panchakarma Manager.

Daily Spa Treatments

Each day during your Panchakarma you will receive a Royal or Day Spa treatment, based on your preference.  You choose between the Royal or Day Spa treatment when you book your Panchakarma and Dr. John prescribes the therapies for each treatment when you are here:

• Royal Panchakarma Treatment:  2 hour session with 2 therapists and 2-4 therapies.  One of the main benefits of a Royal treatment is that two therapists (thus 4 hands) massage you in a synchronized rhythm that facilitates a deep unwinding of the nervous system and quieting of the mind. An example treatment would be:  garshana (massage with raw silk gloves), warm oil abhyanga massage, herbalized swedana (steam), shirodhara (warm oil on the forehead). ($380)
• Day Spa Treatment: 1 hour session with 1 therapist and 1-2 therapies.  An example treatment would be a warm oil abhyanga massage followed by shirodhara (warm oil on the forehead) or an udvartana paste massage. ($160)

Dr. John’s Recommends:

Whenever possible, Dr. John highly recommends that patients stay for 7 days or more and take advantage of the Samadhi option, simply because it maximizes your benefits because you spend more time in retreat, having consults with Dr. John and receiving therapeutic treatments from our skilled Panchakarma Therapists.

 Additional Considerations:

• Cleansing Supplies for Oleation (Home Prep Cleanse) for the week before your retreat.  We will give you instructions when you book Panchakarma.
• Accommodations and meals during Panchakarma
• Herbs prescribed by Dr. John
• Travel to/from the Denver International Airport
