LifeSpa’s Skin Care
At LifeSpa we believe that what you put on your body is as important as what you put in your body.
Products that are loaded with preservatives and chemicals may perceived as foreign to the body. This perception by the body can trigger a rejection of the products, making them unable to deliver the promised results.
LifeSpa skin care products contain no preservatives or chemicals. Because of this, the skin has a much greater chance of welcoming these products and allowing them to deliver results – working with the skin’s natural intelligence to create the appearance of healthy, radiant skin.
Our skin care line is appropriate for all skin types. To adjust it to your skin’s unique needs, simply apply more or less amounts of each product (less moisturizer for kapha skin type, for example; more for vata). If you aren’t sure what type of skin you have, take one of our quizzes to help personalize your skin care regimen: Skin Type Quiz, Internal Skin Health Quiz, or the Skin Imbalance Quiz.
Let your skin experience the LifeSpa difference!

Facial at LifeSpa with our Ayurvedic Skin Care
The LifeSpa Ayurvedic facial is not your standard facial. Our one-hour-long Ayurvedic facial is a deeply relaxing, soothing and transformational experience. The facial is, amazingly, one of the most powerful treatments in Ayurvedic therapy.
The LifeSpa Ayurvedic Facial is unique because it employs special Ayurvedic massage techniques to stimulate lymphatic drainage from the skin into the circulatory system of the body. If the lymph is sluggish, then the skin, which is drained by the lymph, will dry out and may not function optimally as a detoxification organ.
Once the skin is detoxified and the lymph is adequately moving waste away from the skin, we can use massage techniques to activate the skin’s own moisturizing factors, resulting in the naturally glowing appearance that Ayurveda specializes in.
Daily Self Massage at Home
The purpose of Ayurvedic self-massage, called Abhyanga, as part of the daily routine is to promote healthy circulation to all of the tissues and to lubricate and promote flexibility of the muscles, tissues, and joints. The classical texts of Ayurveda also indicate that daily massage promotes the appearance of softness, luster and youthfulness of the skin.
